Here is an update on the “228 Days Fitness challenge”, and this Monday I am going to give a pretty happy update.

I have gone to the gym every day last week from Monday to Friday, and I have done everything  from spinning, running, stepping to weight training.

Monday: Running on a treadmill for 30 min plus 30 min weight training.

T: The same as above

W: Spinning for 45 min – hard class

T: Running plus weights

F: Spinning

S: Free for training

S: Skiing in Hafjell

I am also apart of a weight Club, and it is not because I want to lose weight but be more aware of what I eat.
