TIPS FOR SNACKS YOU CAN THROW IN YOUR HANDBAG FOR AHEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

 So this column is still pretty new on my blog, and there are probably people out there blogging who have written posts on this topic longer an therefor know much more.

However i think we all can bring something new to the game since we all think differently, and see the world through different eyes.

I am trying my hardest at the moment to change some habits for the better, and always having something healthy to snack on in my bag is one of those things. That is why i today bought two packs of blueberries for those moments when i am craving something extra at work. Hopefully knowing that i have a healthy option will help me from visiting the cantina every day around 14:00.

Not all of us like to nibble on the same things so here are some other options:

  • Blue berries
  • Almonds
  • Un salted cashews
  • Grapes  – both colors
  • Apples
  • Some homemade juices
  • Cheese  – cut into small bits
  • Sausage  – cut into small bits

And whatever else you might find good!Pack in small plastic containers, and nothing will get spilled once you are on the move!

These are only my tips, and you can think of your own 🙂
