Its me again, and this time I am coming at you with an update on two posting series I have been running for 2016 2015/2014 that will now change a bit. These are One She Goes and Fitness they where both started as separate projects one after another. But instead of thinking that they are non related for 2016/2017 they will from now on be seen as a related. After all what is a healthy lifestyle without a good fitness routine to booth.
- Fitness Monday – Sharing my progress from the week before (I have not gone to the gym for some time, but I will start again as soon as I am done with my school paper).
- Food diary on a top page.
