SWEET POTATO TOAST:
Over the last few weeks I have been wanting to change some habits for the good.
One thing is trying to drink less coffee more tea/water when I am at work. Cutting bread has also been a big one seeing I love it ,and have done for many years. Only recently one more then one occasion I seem to get bloated, and gain weight the minute I indulge. In seeking to find a substitute for breakfast, and other small meals during the day I have been looking online for other recipes, and foods that can substitute my craving for bread. As a result I have gotten a real hang up on sweet potato toast; have you tried it?
It is both easy to make, and you can add anything you like, and love on top.
Cut into slices
Put in the toaster times 2 on highest temperature
Add on top some cheese /ham or tomatoes to name but a few.
