We all have our own habits throughout the day, and for some it can be to drink hot water with lemon first thing after getting out of bed, and for others it can be to make a BIG cup of green tea right after lunch.
To be honest I am more of a coffee drinker, but I would love to be better at drinking green tea since the health benefits is said to be really good.
