THINGS YOU CAN COOK WHILE HIKING

    TURKOKKENS BREAKFAST FOR CHAMPIONS:

It has been a while since I shared a recipe for hiking, and so today that is just what I will do..As you can see from the picture it contains an egg or two. This was originally found on the website of a business called Primus, and it will be posted here as inspiration for your next hike.

Don´t waste the leftover food from dinner. Save it for the trek, and try it for breakfast. Here is Turkokken´s version of a breakfast for champions.

    You need:

    Leftover potatoes

    Chorizio

    Garlic

    Rosemary

    Egg

    Salt & Pepper

    How to:

Grab those leftover potatoes from yesterdays dinner, and cut them up.Crush the potatoes and fry them together with chorizo, garlic and rosemary. Add some fried eggs the way you like, and have a breakfast for champions.

Easy to make even in the wilderness…
