SNACK TUESDAY


It has been a while since my last post in my series on hiking food, and the reason being that i have quite honestly struggled a bit to come up with tasty things to share.

But today as i was standing in front of my kitchen cupboards looking for something easy to make, and yet good..I came to think of this.

What you do:
  • Simmer a Gjøvik lefse in a pan on low heat with some butter, and let it lay there until crisp
  • Put two slices of ham on top, and then  two slices of cheese.
  • Some salt and pepper, and there you have it.
