I have been contemplating all day if we are on Monday or Tuesday, and quite frankly Tuesday came way to fast. But nevertheless I am back with another SnackTuesday, and as last week the base of my dish is Engers Lefse. Why you may ask?
well it serves at as a great substitute for bread or any other bread product I have found plus it is really good with some butter in a pan..
On top you can essentially have everything, and anything you want or like.
This is what you do:
Heat in a pan with some butter until it has gotten a bit of colour on both sides. Then you cut up, and put on everything, and anything you like or want.
- Engers Lefse
- Red pepper
Roll it up, and eat.
