Once again the season is here, and some of us get more sick then others. As for me I have been trying not to get sick for months however when my boy got sick I followed soon after. And seeing as I was supposed to work on Saturday the timing could not have been worse.  That is why today I have been on the sofa with plenty of tea, and the fire burning. Tea I find is one og the things that always works for a soar throat. Right now it feels like mine is falling apart. Even coughing hurts, and the nights are spent doing the same thing plus freezing my a…off.

Wait..right back..more tea…

More tea turned into getting some more wood as well for the fire..I just love having an oven in my living room. Today I thought I should give some tips on how you can better deal with a flue once you have it. Like me at the moment.

Drink plenty of tea:

Drink tea with ginger

Make some cinnamon, and lemon tea to reduce cough:

                                                                                                    Try some hot soup:

Some other tips will be:

  • drink plenty of water
  • Stay under the covers for warmth
  • Read a good book
  • Be good to yourself
  • Watch your favourite series online like Poirot.

If you are sick like me I wish you a speedy recovery!
