Climbing edition.

These posts have become less and less on the blog, and i am therefor bringing the series
back for your reading pleasure. For the last couple of months i have been doing some other types of exercise then normal, and i have been doing outdoor activities instead since “summer” has come back around. One of those fun things is rock climbing with my man, and the truth is that for so many years i have been looking for someone to do it with. So finally this summer i have gotten down to exploring my climbing side..and boy do i love it…..

I love everything about climbing outdoors…
For starters your core muscles gets much stronger, and you will over time notice a big difference in how you carry yourself…

But if you choose to take i up be sure to get proper training, and make sure someone who knows what they are doing can teach you the right technique…

My summer will be spent on a rock somewhere…
