    Introduction course to rock climbing

If you have been reading my page for some time you will know by no that I have  done several introductory posts to climbing based on my own experiences!

This time however I have decided to do a broader, and more researched posting series. The tips are to begin with taken from a book I have been reading for inspiration called “Rock climbing – an introduction to essential technical skills leaders and seconds”.

My tips will largely be taken from this 📚.

The series will be written in this order:

    1. the basics
    2. skills
    3. climbing
    4. fall factors

Tomorrow be part one, and will start with the basics. This will be a learning curve for me as well.
