We are all looking for ways to get happier in life, and as a result i was looking for some tips online in order to write this post. came across this post from the Huffington Post

These are all some easy happiness tips for those days when you need some me time, and a pick me up. We all have days when thinking positive is hard so some concrete things you can do to spark that inner happiness is never wrong.

  • Smile more. 
  • Pick flowers in the summer.
  • Surround yourself with good company, and beautiful things that ads a smile to your face.
  • Find someone to love and that loves you.
  • Enjoy nature and the outdoors — there is a lifetime’s worth of happiness out there.
  • Make more time for travel and adventures.
  • Find people, places and situations that give you that warm fuzzy feeling inside and make you laugh out loud.
  • Get out of debt once and for all.
  • Find and follow your passion.
  • Save a little money each day.
  • Fill your life with things and people you are passionate about.
  • Help others, and give back.
  • Be grateful for the way things are.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others.
  • Do something silly (but not reckless) once every now and again and remember we all have an inner child.
  • Wake up early and catch the sunrise.
  • Dream big and invest time, energy and effort into trying to make those dreams happen. 
  • Live a life on your own terms.
