In my editorial calendar this time refocused, and written entirely new for the upcoming year of 2018, and the few months before 2017 is over. I have come to the conclusion that my site will forever be work in progress, and I will always try to be better in both my photography, and writing. I am trying to keep it as streamlined as possible with the content, and not just write about whatever comes into my head.

The editorial calendar have also been a huge torn in my backside. I know I must have one, but do not know how to make one that really works, and that I stick to over time. That is still my problem after several months, and years of writing a site.

I always thought when having a content schedule/calendar it had to be a different topic for each day. And that it was primarily made so that your readers would find it easy to tag along, and know what content came what day of the week. It can be that, but it can be done differently to …according to some you can choose a topic for each month, and then only focus on creating content for that one topic/category. As I understand this makes it much easier to plan your content/posts, and you are totally transparent about what your site is about.

My site was from the start meant to be a place you could come for inspiration on an active/healthy lifestyle with some rock climbing and skiing thrown in the mix.

Monday: Something within rock climbing.

Tuesday: Something within wellness/Fitness.

Wednesday: Something in skiing

Thursday: Photo series.

Friday: “Things for the weekend”, and “from my week”.

Saturday: ?

Lately I have been thinking about adding more photos to my site that are not necessarily colour photography, but also images I take when I am just out and about with my camera..Images that does not really have that much to do with rock climbing/skiing/lifestyle or whatever else the topic might be but more everyday life..quick shots that might be a total bust or quite the opposite ..shots that might turn out to be a real gem…

Images that might catch your eye in a different way, and get you to feel something a bit different then what you normally get from my site. I have always been fascinated with the tone, and mood you get from a black and white gives me a deeper feeling then I will ever have when shooting in colours that might come up in the near future..

Either way I will be starting a photo series (black and white) where I share more tips/tricks, and just how I take my own photos…

I will be updating this calendar from now, and into the next year..
